When Transferring from a College within the United States

Documents Required

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø welcomes international students who wish to transfer from other colleges and universities in the U.S. International transfer students seeking admission to ºÚÁÏÉçÇø must contact the Director of International Student Affairs and fulfill the following administrative requirements:

Submit a completed application

Submit a completed application for admission with all the processing fees.

  • A one-time registration fee of $150 (non-refundable)

You can submit the application online as well as in person.

Transfer Verification Form

Fill out and sign the Transfer Verification Form from ºÚÁÏÉçÇø. The International Student Advisor will send the Transfer Verification Form to the school from which you want to transfer. Click here to download TBI Transfer Verification Form

Current I-20

Please bring a copy of your current SEVIS Form I-20 from the prior school.

Passport & Visa

Please bring in original along with one photocopy of the following documents:

  • your valid current passport with I-94
  • I-797 (if applicable)

Other documents

You can bring in other pertinant documents if available. These are not mandatory:

  • Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
  • Birth Certificate (if applicable)

Transcripts

Please bring in the following:

  • Original transcript from transferring school
  • Evidence of high school graduation. (International students must provide documentation of education equal to or greater than that of a U.S. high school graduate as evaluated by NACES accredited credential evaluation agency)

Affidavit of Financial Support

Please submit an affidavit of financial support from a parent, relative, guardian, sponsor, or governmental agency and bank statement. You can also bring in Form I-134 if applicable. The funds requirement is as follows:

  • Bank statement of more than $14,000 in the account if you are enrolling in the English as a Second Language Certificate Program, or
  • Bank statement of minimum $25,000 in the account if you are enrolling in the associate degree programs
